By accessing and using anyConvert ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

anyConvert provides a suite of browser-based file conversion tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, or be entirely error-free.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the files you process using anyConvert. Since the processing happens entirely within your local browser, anyConvert holds no liability for the content, loss, or corruption of files processed through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा

The layout, design, graphics, and code of anyConvert are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our explicit permission. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the files you convert using our tools.
anyConvert का लेआउट, डिज़ाइन, ग्राफ़िक्स और कोड बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं। आप हमारी स्पष्ट अनुमति के बिना सेवा के किसी भी हिस्से की प्रतिलिपि, पुनरुत्पादन या पुनर्वितरण नहीं कर सकते हैं। आप हमारे टूल का उपयोग करके कनवर्ट की जाने वाली फ़ाइलों पर पूर्ण स्वामित्व और बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार बनाए रखते हैं।

5. Limitation of Liability / देयता की सीमा

In no event shall anyConvert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to the loss of data.
